Members of the mission were given access to protocols of election commission sessions and other documents related to the elections," the headquarters noted.

From 30 September to 3 October, long-term CIS observers monitored the process of the election campaign and the formation of precinct election commissions in all regions of Belarus and in Minsk. Representatives of the mission visited 23 district election commissions, met with senior officials of the administrations of Brest Oblast, Vitebsk Oblast, Grodno Oblast, and Mogilev Oblast as well as with heads of the Minsk city election commission.
